PLANNING AN EVENT?
Bethany facilities are free to book by Church Members for private activities and functions. Members are asked to donate towards costs. Non-members and outside groups may also rent our facilities, subject to the conditions and fees listed below. Event space availability is subject to other event commitments made by Bethany Baptist Church.

Bethany Baptist Church has three disability parking spots, bathroom facilities on both levels, elevator access between levels, and a ramp from the carpark to the lower level entrance. The rental spaces listed below are on the lower level of Bethany.
- Bethany has a strict no-alcohol policy.
- The rates listed below apply to non-members and outside user groups only.
- Bethany Members are requested to make a donation in lieu of rental fees.
- Outside user groups must show proof of liability insurance of $2 million.
- Bethany Baptist Church does NOT rent facilities for:
- birthday, anniversary, bridal, or bachelor/bachelorette parties
- ANY type of political event or activity
- ANY type of business or commercial event or activity

Changing facilities are available for indoor sports events and activities. With direct access to the Kitchen, the Gymnasium can also be used for large functions for up to 160 attendees. Access is by the lower level door, or via elevator and stairs from the upper level.
Capacity 60 (recommend maximum 40 for comfort)

This large meeting room can be used for seminars and meetings. Situated next to the Kitchen it can also be used for serving a meal at a smaller function of up to 40 attendees.
$125 flat rate
Our fully-equipped kitchen can be booked for use with the Gymnasium or Assembly Room. Whether bringing in professional caterers or a pot luck lunch, our kitchen is perfect for preparing and serving meals at your event.
(Note: there is a $200 cleaning fee if we have to clean up after you!)
Two classrooms are available to rent as supplementary spaces for the Assembly Room. They can be used as breakout rooms for workshops and discussion groups, interview panel rooms, or temporary office or storage space.
$60 per classroom
Classroom 1 is the smaller room and can accommodate four to six people.
Classroom 2 is our main classroom. It is slightly larger and can seat six to eight people.
